In the case of an independent film production company, like Lions Gate Premiere the ideal organizational structure would be a flat structure with cross-functional teams. This structure is well-suited for the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the film industry, where projects can vary greatly in terms of size, scope, and complexity. A flat structure would allow for quick decision-making, efficient communication, and greater flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. Our team is responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.   Personal Leadership Philosophy A personal leadership philosophy I believe is that leadership is all about inspiring others to be their best selves and achieve their goals. To achieve this I value honesty, integrity, and accountability. I believe it is important to be transparent with the people I lead and to hold myself and others accountable for our actions, decisions, and subsequent mistakes. I believe that honesty and transparency build trust, and trust is essential for effective leadership. Another key value in my leadership philosophy is empathy. I believe that in order to lead effectively I must be able to put myself in others' shoes and understand their perspectives. Empathy allows me to build stronger relationships with those I lead and to better understand their needs and motivations. By being empathetic I can create a more supportive and inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and creativity. In addition to empathy, I also value humility. I believe that bei
