In the case of an independent film production company, like Lions Gate Premiere the ideal organizational structure would be a flat structure with cross-functional teams. This structure is well-suited for the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the film industry, where projects can vary greatly in terms of size, scope, and complexity. A flat structure would allow for quick decision-making, efficient communication, and greater flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. The cross-functional teams within the flat structure would consist of individuals from different departments working together on a project-by-project basis. This structure would foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across departments, leading to a more cohesive and efficient organization. Personal Leadership Philosophy

Personal Leadership Philosophy A personal leadership philosophy I believe is that leadership is all about inspiring others to be their best selves and achieve their goals. To achieve this I value honesty, integrity, and accountability. I believe it is important to be transparent with the people I lead and to hold myself and others accountable for our actions, decisions, and subsequent mistakes. I believe that honesty and transparency build trust, and trust is essential for effective leadership. Another key value in my leadership philosophy is empathy. I believe that in order to lead effectively I must be able to put myself in others' shoes and understand their perspectives. Empathy allows me to build stronger relationships with those I lead and to better understand their needs and motivations. By being empathetic I can create a more supportive and inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and creativity. In addition to empathy, I also value humility. I believe that bei

Case Study

CASE: The Pizza Puzzle Topic: Deceptive Advertising   The Marigold Inn, located in Augusta, Georgia, is facing a decline in its room service business, which is the highest margin portion of its food service operation. Sharon Coombs, the Restaurant and Food Services Manager, noticed the decline and tried to improve it by installing a pizza oven and offering room service pizza. However, sales did not increase. She then sent out questionnaires which were completed by departing guests to reveal the problem with the product.     The issue was found to be the pizza quality. After improving the quality of the pizza, Sharon believes that the less than positive response and decline in sales is due to their guests misperception of the quality of the Inn's pizza compared to its competitors and not the pizza quality itself. Based on this conclusion, Sharon proposed a solution, to create a  Napoli Pizza brand for the hotel using a broacher for the guest room delivery service which leads guest t
